The Brewer Wellness 4 Step Philosophy
Step 1 - Spiritual Foundation - Faith, obedience and the fear of God is required in order to sustain true peace. As the Bible teaches us, you will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you. Isaiah 26:3
Once we have peace, we can then build our temple. Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; 1 Corinthians 6:19
Step 2 - Diagnosis - In order for you or your doctor to understand their own body, the first step is to go through an extensive diagnostic test. Be aware that the vast majority of diagnostic testing does not dive deep enough to truly understand your genetic and metabolic make up. This begins with your gut health. Most chronic disease and ailments start in your gut, so it’s imperative that any wellness program starts with a full “gut check”. You cannot set your game plan if you don’t understand what game you are playing. Our recommended diagnostic test include blood, stool, saliva and urine, all aimed at identifying the deficiencies in your body.
Step 3 - Plant Based Foods and CBD Diet - Once you have identified the areas that you need maintenance or improvement, we will recommend a supplement plan that will help give your body the nutrition and anti-inflammatory properties that it truly needs to perform at an optimal level. A non processed, non dairy, plant based diet which combines daily doses of CBD will help you get the nutrients you need, while helping eliminate the inflammation within you body. We offer premium CBD products that provide our members with high doses of all natural CBD which has been proven to help combat inflammation.
Step 4 - Regular Stretching and Exercise - Most people don’t have time to dedicate several hours a day to their fitness the way that elite athletes do, and that’s ok! We believe that using our B Well exercise program, active stretching daily, combined with a light cardio program of your choice is all that you need to get to safely reach your optimal fitness level. Depending on preference you may incorporate a desired weight or cross training program.
