SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY


For Standard Delivery (4-8 Business Days)
Alaska, Hawaii, Express Delivery and Rush Delivery surcharges still apply. Taxes, shipping and other charges do not apply to minimum purchase requirement. Free shipping is only valid on orders shipping to one address.

Product Availability

Most in-stock orders will ship by the next business day; however please allow up to 2 business days for us to ship your order. If this is not possible for some reason, we will notify you immediately. The total time to receive your package is dependent upon the shipping method you choose. We have listed the estimated times including our time to pack and ship your order as well as the shipping transit time. For example, for a Standard Delivery package, the total time is calculated as follows: (1-2 days for us to pack and ship) + (shipping transit time) = Total Delivery Time For example, if you select Standard Delivery, the transit time will be 3-6 business days, depending on where you live. This means your total delivery time will be 1-2 business days for packing + 3-6 business days (transit time), for a total of 4-8 business days from the time you place your order.

Delivery Options

Standard Delivery (4-8 Business Days)
Most orders will be delivered within 4-6 business days after being ordered; however, please allow up to 8 business days for delivery. Signature may be required for delivery. Additional charges apply for Alaska and Hawaii. Standard Delivery is NOT available for P.O. Boxes (except for Alaska and Hawaii), APO/FPO and international addresses, or for delivery on Saturdays or Sundays.

Please note, delivery time is not guaranteed. Standard Delivery to these addresses is available for an extra charge of $12.00. Orders will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail and therefore P.O. Boxes are acceptable.

Returns

If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, let us know. We will promptly replace the item or give you a refund of its purchase price. It's that simple.

How to Return an Item

Please return items as soon as possible.

Write the reason for your return on the back of your packing slip. Enclose the slip in the carton and wrap the package securely. Send it to the return address on your shipping label.

If you do not have your packing slip, please include the reason for return, along with your name, e-mail address, and phone number (so we may call you with questions) and send the package to the address above. For your protection, please use UPS, Fedex or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.

A credit for the price of the item and applicable taxes will be applied to your credit card. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless a result of an error by The Brewer Group, Inc. dba Brewer Wellness
